1. स्वीकृति / Acceptance

CWT का उपयोग करके आप इन नियमों से सहमत हैं। By using Chaurasia World Today you agree to these terms completely.

2. सदस्यता / Membership

• सदस्यता व्यक्तिगत है / Membership is non-transferable
• सही जानकारी देना अनिवार्य / Accurate information mandatory
• एक व्यक्ति एक खाता / One person one account only
• न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष / Minimum age 18 years

3. सदस्यता शुल्क / Membership Fees

शुल्क बिना सूचना बदले जा सकते हैं। Fees subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. उपयोगकर्ता आचरण / User Conduct

अनुमति नहीं है / NOT Allowed:

• झूठी जानकारी / False information
• अपमानजनक सामग्री / Offensive content
• स्पैम / Spam
• उत्पीड़न / Harassment
• बौद्धिक संपदा उल्लंघन / IP violation
• राजनीतिक दुष्प्रचार / Political misinformation
• सांप्रदायिक सामग्री / Communal content

5. प्रेरणा कॉइन्स / Prerna Coins

• Prerna Coins have no cash value
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• CWT reserves right to modify coin values
• “Prerna Coins expire after 30 days of account inactivity.now:
  “प्रेरणा कॉइन्स 30 दिन की निष्क्रियता के बाद समाप्त हो जाएंगे। /
• Regular login prevents expiry.
• No warning email — member’s responsibility to stay active.

6. व्यापार लिस्टिंग / Business Listings

• सटीक जानकारी अनिवार्य / Accurate information mandatory
• CWT किसी व्यापार की गारंटी नहीं देता / CWT doesn’t guarantee any business
• भ्रामक विज्ञापन प्रतिबंधित / Misleading ads prohibited

7. सामग्री स्वामित्व / Content Ownership

• आपकी सामग्री आपकी है / Your content remains yours
• CWT को प्रदर्शन अधिकार / CWT has display rights
• आपत्तिजनक सामग्री हटाने का अधिकार / Right to remove content

8. खाता निलंबन / Account Suspension

CWT reserves right to suspend for:

• नियम उल्लंघन / Policy violations
• झूठी जानकारी / False information
• समुदाय विरोधी व्यवहार / Anti-community behavior
• No refund on suspension due to violations

9. सीमित देयता / Limitation of Liability

CWT is not liable for:

• उपयोगकर्ता सामग्री / User content
• व्यापार लेनदेन / Business transactions between members
• तकनीकी व्यवधान / Technical interruptions
• तृतीय पक्ष सेवाएं / Third party services

10. विवाद समाधान / Dispute Resolution

• सभी विवाद भारतीय कानून के अंतर्गत / All disputes under Indian law
• क्षेत्राधिकार / Jurisdiction: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh
• पहले मध्यस्थता का प्रयास / Mediation first attempted

10. सदस्यों द्वारा पोस्ट की गई सामग्री / User Generated Content:

Content violating Indian law will be removed immediately

सदस्य अपनी पोस्ट के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार हैं

Members are solely responsible for their posted content

CWT भ्रामक/अपमानजनक सामग्री हटाने का अधिकार रखता है

CWT reserves right to remove misleading/offensive content

भारतीय कानून का उल्लंघन करने वाली सामग्री तत्काल हटाई जाएगी
